1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and okplsy ("okplsy," "we," "our," or "the Platform"). By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or placing any wager through the okplsy website at https://okplsy.cam or any associated mobile application, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the okplsy platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the updated version. okplsy strongly recommends that you review these Terms regularly.

These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted accordingly. In the event of any inconsistency between a translated version and the English original, the English version shall prevail.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or participate in any real-money gaming activity on okplsy. This minimum age requirement is mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is non-negotiable. okplsy will verify your age at the point of registration and prior to processing any withdrawal. If you are found to be under 21 years of age at any point, your account will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any remaining balance forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

2.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is legally permitted in your jurisdiction before accessing okplsy. The Platform is primarily operated for players located in the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are strictly forbidden from doing so and do so at their own legal risk.

2.3 Single Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on okplsy. Creating or attempting to create multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep such information updated at all times. okplsy reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — at any time for identity verification, fraud prevention, or anti-money laundering (AML) compliance purposes.

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Login Security. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okplsy username, password, and OTP codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. okplsy will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account arising from your failure to maintain appropriate account security.

3.2 Unauthorized Access. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorized party, you must notify okplsy immediately via our support channels. Upon notification, okplsy will take reasonable steps to secure the account. However, okplsy cannot be held responsible for losses incurred prior to the report being filed.

3.3 Player Conduct. You agree to use the okplsy platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. Any use of the Platform for commercial gain, in coordination with other players, or through automated means is strictly prohibited.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. okplsy currently accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI online banking, BDO online banking, and Metrobank online banking. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated in an active promotion.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by okplsy in the order they are received. Standard processing time is 5–30 minutes for GCash and PayMaya transactions during normal operating conditions. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to one (1) business day. Processing times may extend during periods of high platform activity, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

4.3 Withdrawal Verification. okplsy reserves the right to request identity verification documents prior to processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering measure and applies to all players regardless of account history. Withdrawals will be processed only to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the registered account holder.

4.4 Currency. All transactions on okplsy are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Exchange rate fluctuations for players transacting in foreign currencies are not the responsibility of okplsy.

4.5 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. okplsy reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations and will notify the registered email address before any fee is applied.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Conditions. All bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, and other promotional rewards offered by okplsy are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements ("turnover requirements"), minimum odds restrictions, game eligibility limitations, and time limits. These specific terms are published alongside each individual promotion and form part of these Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, bonus funds credited to your okplsy wallet must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "turnover requirement") before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering on certain games — including but not limited to low-margin table games — may contribute at a reduced rate toward fulfilling the turnover requirement. 5.3 Abuse of Promotions. okplsy reserves the right to revoke any bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and suspend or close any account where promotional abuse is suspected. Promotional abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, providing false information to qualify for a promotion, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to clear bonus requirements without genuine play intent.

5.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless a promotion explicitly permits stacking, only one bonus may be active in your okplsy account at any given time. Attempting to activate multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in all but the most recently activated bonus being forfeited.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 RNG Certification. All non-live casino games available on okplsy — including slots, bingo, crash games, and fishing games — operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that are independently tested and audited to ensure genuinely random and unbiased outcomes. okplsy does not manipulate game results, and the house edge on all games is clearly disclosed within each game's information panel.

6.2 Live Games. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studios. These games are subject to the rules displayed within the live game interface, which take precedence over any general description on the okplsy website in the event of a discrepancy.

6.3 Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a wager, okplsy reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the original stake to the player's account. No further compensation will be provided.

6.4 Disconnection Policy. okplsy is not responsible for losses arising from internet disconnections, network interruptions, or device failures on the player's end. 7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okplsy platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using bots, automated software, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in any way.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any okplsy game or system.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Registering an account on behalf of another person, or allowing a third party to operate your account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your payment provider in bad faith after wagers have been settled.

8. Intellectual Property

All content appearing on the okplsy platform — including but not limited to logos, game graphics, text, software code, user interface designs, audio elements, and promotional materials — is the proprietary property of okplsy or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the okplsy platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any okplsy content without explicit prior written consent from okplsy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okplsy's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your okplsy account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

okplsy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit okplsy's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Responsible Gaming

okplsy is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all its products and game categories. We recognize that a small proportion of players may develop problematic gambling habits, and we take our obligation to support those players seriously. The following tools are available to every registered okplsy player at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when your gaming session reaches a duration you have pre-set.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 months).

11. Termination of Accounts

11.1 Termination by okplsy. okplsy reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion — with or without prior notice — in the event of any actual or suspected breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or regulatory requirement. In such cases, okplsy may withhold account balances pending investigation and, where fraud or breach is confirmed, forfeit those funds entirely.

11.2 Termination by Player. You may close your okplsy account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all active bonus funds will be forfeited and any pending withdrawals will be processed normally. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, please ensure you apply for self-exclusion rather than simply closing your account, as self-exclusion provides broader protections.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact okplsy's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through support channels within fifteen (15) business days, the matter may be escalated through the formal complaints procedure outlined in Section 13 below. Both parties agree to make good-faith efforts to resolve disputes before seeking recourse through formal legal proceedings.

Complex cases may take longer, in which case okplsy will provide regular progress updates.
